Payment to Tickets.uz and to the aircompany: what's the difference?

When booking tickets, you may be offered the option of choosing to pay to the Tickets.uz website or directly to the airline. This offer is not available on all flights and varies by airline.

The main differences between paying to the site and paying to the airline are the timing of debiting money, as well as the timing of the refund in case of cancellation of your order.

So, when paying at Tickets.uz, you can save money by choosing the currency of debiting funds (depending on your bank card), while the amount will be debited from your card on the day of purchase.

When paying to the airline, the debit currency may not correspond to the one declared on the website, and the funds will be debited from the card within up to 30 days, so the final cost of tickets may be higher due to the difference in exchange rates.

If you decide to cancel the order, the refund period for payment in Tickets.uz will be up to 10 working days from the moment your application is processed, and for choosing payment to the airline - up to 60 days.

You can get acquainted with the detailed description of the differences between payment in Tickets.uz and the airline on the order payment page by clicking on the "What's the difference?" button.
